Conventions/DragonCon 2010/Whedon Universe/Shindig
The Southeastern Browncoats once again put on a mighty fine Shindig on Saturday night at Dragon*Con. This year, the Shindig moved to the new host hotel for the Whedon Universe track, the Westin. I thought that the Westin's Peachtree Ballroom was a much better location for this event than the Grand Ballroom in the Sheraton. There seemed to be a lot more room for people to gather and just hang out, and there was a huge dancing area available directly in front of the stage. Thanks to Serenity Richards and the SEBC for putting on a fantastic event! Also thanks to the wonderful performers, The Bedlam Bards, Marian Call, and Emerald Rose.
